Cyril C. Rocke has been involved for more than 20 years in banking and finance, including ten years with Credit Lyonnais and its affiliates in France, Indonesia, and the Philippines. His areas of expertise include corporate banking, structured finance, direct equity investments and consumer finance. After his successfully expanding the operations Mercator Finance in the Philippines (An affiliate of Credit Lyonnais), he and established Alcyon Holding Corporation, Finacore Technology Finance and later on acquired DataOne Asia (Phils.), Inc. a leading Datacenter services provider in the Philippines. Cyril C. Rocke, a graduate of the ESCP Europe, and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer in the above corporations.
