Charie has been responsible for collection of rentals including lease extension periods and purchases after lease period, by Finacore clients for the past 20 years and has been very efficient on this as Finacore has maintained zero-delinquency rate since it started operations. She is also involved in monitoring and compliance of reportorial requirements of the government such as the SEC and BIR; management and monitoring of inventory including insurance, of all leased and corporate assets; management of office activities and other assignments as directed from time to time.

Rose has been involved in banking and finance as an Accountant for 30 years. She has been with Finacore for 24 years responsible for auditing financial information; financial forecasting; administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure; compiling and presenting reports, budget, business plans, and financial statements; preparing accounts and tax returns.

Business Development Manager

Allan Villanueva is a Business Development Manager with over 20 years of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the East. He has achieved over a billion sales each year since 2012 and continues to generate repeat business from his clients. His in-depth knowledge of what customers’ needs are and what solution is available today allows him to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. He is passionate about developing and maintaining strong business relationships. At work, Allan created and built a business partnership and met the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive, innovative, and capable of maximizing its business potential.

Lily Ann M. Ordas

Finance & Leasing Manager

Lily Ann graduated with a Commerce degree from Ateneo de Naga University and Law School from Adamson University. She has been involved in the examination of banks in the Philippines as an Account Management Analyst of the Receivership & Liquidation Group and later as a Legal Support of the Legal Sector, of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation for 11 years. As Finance & Leasing Manager at Finacore, Lily Ann has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management; developing leasing plan to identify new clients; expanding the business within the existing clients; developing leasing structure; ascertaining risks; identifying liabilities and profit potential and recommending viability of leasing business potential with external customers; and participating and providing technical expertise of required documentation in order to ensure accuracy pertaining to the structure.

Ulysses “Ace” G. Mina

VP, Operations & Treasurer

Ulysses “Ace” G. Mina is a planned new hire following confirmation of the SEACEF investment for the position of VP, Operations & Treasure. Ace has been a Finance Executive with over 25 years of progressive experience with both local and foreign organizations in the areas of treasury, investment banking, structured finance, marketing, and research, as well as in strategic and corporate planning management. Ace has been extensively involved in renegotiating and restructuring company’s financial obligations, schedules, and structures with major creditors to match cash flow and operations capabilities; revamping company’s online platforms and internal processes to expand client reach and improve operational efficiency; authoring operational manuals for investment banking and product development teams; creating debt structures for clients and establishing business networks with financial institutions; supervising both front room (marketing) and back room (credit, collections, IT, legal coordinator) operations; managing treasury functions such as, but not limited to, liquidity and investments. Ace has been a Senior Management Professional in several major banks in the Philippines.

Cyril C. Rocke

Cyril C. Rocke has been involved for more than 20 years in banking and finance, including ten years with Credit Lyonnais and its affiliates in France, Indonesia, and the Philippines. His areas of expertise include corporate banking, structured finance, direct equity investments and consumer finance. After successfully expanding the operations of Mercator Finance in the Philippines (an affiliate of Credit Lyonnais), he then established Alcyon Holding Corporation, Finacore Technology Finance and later on acquired DataOne Asia (Phils.), Inc. a leading datacenter services provider in the Philippines. Cyril graduated from the ESCP Europe in France.

Alcyon Holding Corporation (the Company) was incorporated in the Philippines and was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 1, 1996 primarily as a holding company.

Michael Spence

Michael is an investor in Finacore, (Debenture to be converted into non-voting preferred shares)

Michael was Managing Partner of the South East Asian business of Partners in Performance (PIP), a consulting firm helping large capital-intensive companies’ turnaround their operations. He started PIP’s South East Asian operation in 2013 and built its most profitable regional businesses. Prior to 2009, Michael spent 22 years in a series of roles: VP Operations at Ayala Land (Philippines); Head of SEA Operations practice and Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company (France, Philippines and Malaysia); and Director, Forth Worth Electronics Plant (USA & Mexico) He is currently the Chairman of 3D Metalforge, a Singapore and Houston-based additive manufacturing startup focused on the maritime and offshore oil & gas industries. Michael has several other debt and equity investments in companies across SEA and holds a BA in Economics with honors from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a UK citizen and Philippines permanent resident.

Atty. Disini acquired a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School in year 2004. He graduated Cum Laude in the University of the Philippines’ School of Economics and finished Law from the same University and placed 7th in the 1993 Bar Exams. He is a managing partner of Disini & Disini Law Office and an Assistant Professor of UP College of Law.

Dong is Seasoned Investment Banker with extensive experience in the Philippine Capital Markets since 1973. With more than 45 years of banking practice, subject has developed extensive business relationships with the CEO’s of major corporations as well as the regulators of the financial services industry. Moreover, subject has gained knowledge and insights on the nuances and workings of the Philippine capital markets.
Currently, Dong is an Independent Director of Keppel Philippine Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed company and Independent Director of Keppel Philippine Properties, Inc., also a publicly listed company.
Dong is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila, AB Eco Class ’71; University of Asia and the Pacific, Strategic Economics Program, Class ’89 and Universty of Asia and the Pacific, Advanced Management Program, Class 2013.

Gary P. Cheng, PhD

Gary is the Managing Director and co-founder of Fortman Cline Capital Markets. He has over 25 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience. Gary was formerly the President and CEO of Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation. He has extensive investment banking credentials, having been with J.P. Morgan in New York, Hong Kong and London. He was Vice President and co-Head of J.P. Morgan’s Telecom/Media/Technology Investment Banking practice for Emerging Asia, a group he co-founded and helped build. Gary finished his Doctorate in Philosophy at the University of Leeds, England, in 1991. He graduated from De La Salle University, Manila, in 1986 with a degree in Philosophy and Business Management. Financial & Strategic Restructuring Advisory is an investment holding company controlled by M Gary Cheng, which holds an interest in Alcyon Holding.

Chen Wai Sioe

Chen Wai Sioe has extensive experience in the fields of corporate banking, foreign exchange and currency markets. Moreover, she was professionally involved with the Bank of America Jakarta, HSBC in Hong Kong and Jakarta, Europeenne de Banque in Paris and Bank EXIM in Paris.
Chen Wai Sioe holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a MBA from the University of San Francisco
